Matt Farah Tesla Model S Review Puts The Autopilot Mode To Some Twisty Road Test

Matt Farah finally took the Tesla Model S P90D for a test and a review and the video is finally out. What he did try out is the newest 2.0 version. In car terminology, that is a redesigned version. You know – the one without the front grill.
What Matt Farah said is that the car is simply amazing, unbelievable. It is so fast in fact that some of us would have to unlearn a lot of things we have learned before about driving a car because the sensation of driving and the concept of drive is different than in any other car before. For example, Farah was explaining that the braking zones, when driving this car hard are much tougher to spot. In a car with an ICE and a gearbox, there are many referent points to show you how the car is behaving (engine sound, gear and even the strain on the car). Tesla Model S does not have any of this stuff so when driving faster the driver has to work a bit more. Actually, not work, but think a bit more – and faster apparently.

Matt Farah also tried something awesome. He tried to let Tesla drive the Mulholland drive. Sure, the Autopilot work wonders on a highway, but it cannot actually deal with so many twists and turns of the Mulholland Drive. Nevertheless, the 2017 Tesla Model S P90D is still awesome in any money. The car is unbelievably impressive.
True, it “drives a bit like a drunk person in Autopilot mode”, but it surely has a lot of potential to become one of the most amazing breakthroughs ever.
